A tag has been placed on Draft:SoftonHost, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. February 2023[edit]

Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because of the following problems: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

You may request a change of username and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Bbb23 (talk) 23:16, 28 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I believe that my account was blocked in error. I did not intend to violate any policies when I created this account. I simply wanted to contribute to Wikipedia and share my knowledge with others. I have found an acceptable username that complies with the username policy. My new username is "SoftonHost Pvt Ltd.". I would like to assure you that I will not repeat the kind of edits for which I was blocked. I will only make edits that are in accordance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If I am unblocked, I intend to make the following contributions to Wikipedia: I will write articles on a variety of topics. I will improve existing articles by adding new information and correcting errors. I will participate in discussions on Wikipedia's talk pages. I will help to improve Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I believe that my contributions will be valuable to Wikipedia and its users. I hope that you will consider unblocking my account. Thank you for your time.

Decline reason:

First, you need to use the {{unblock-spamun}} template to make this request because it gives you space for the new username request. Second, that wouldn't really have mattered because your proposed new username has the same problem, just worse. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:29, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
