File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Collapse.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 17:49, 8 October 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ╟─TreasuryTagNot-content─╢ 17:49, 8 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined: User:EvanVolm/Tribes Universe draft

[edit]

Hello SolanSarr, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of User:EvanVolm/Tribes Universe draft, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: you failed to provide a valid reason for speedy deletion. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. SoWhy 21:19, 21 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

I see that you're semi-active and I'd like to update you about the status of an article you created. The article God of War (comics) which you created on December 30, 2009 was promoted to GA-Class on October 30, 2012 and after a Peer Review, it will be nominated for FAC. --JDC808 15:11, 31 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Juggernaut: The New Story, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.mobygames.com/game/juggernaut-the-new-story-for-quake-ii.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Orphaned non-free image File:JuggernautTheNewStoryboxart.jpg

[edit]
⚠

Thanks for uploading File:JuggernautTheNewStoryboxart.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:26, 23 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Speedy deletion nomination of Sword Master (video game)

[edit]

Hello SolanSarr,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Sword Master (video game) for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Mr RD 20:13, 18 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
