Thank you for writing this article, It was a really good to read them. Your article did a good job to cover almost every problem regarding the special education in Africa. I think your article is nearly as perfect and has meet almost all of the requirement to be publised in the Wikipedia, however, it would be nicer to add how average African saw people with special needs and the corelation of them to get a better education which is one of the obstacle to creates the better system in africa. Thank you.
