You're welcome and some friendly advice[edit]

Hello, Mr. Nasseri. I saw your performance at RM my senior year in 2008 and was lucky enough to get tickets for your Kennedy Center recital shortly after. I just wanted to refer you to WP:AUTO and let you know about some of Wikipedia's policies on editing your own article. I don't think you've overstepped any bounds with the types of edits that you've done so far, but please be aware that it's generally discouraged and such edits are scrutinized heavily. If there are changes you'd like to see made, the best place would probably be writing a message at Talk:Soheil Nasseri explaining your change or pointing out the inaccuracy. On the other hand, if you have any sources/articles/publicity that you think would make a good addition to the article, feel free to use {{refideas}} to post it to the talk page as well. Thanks and happy editing! Axem Titanium (talk) 01:38, 7 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not write or add to an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Appreciation Note[edit]

I myself never edit my own Wikipedia page, but I realize that friendly advice such as the above can sting. As a counterbalance to the friendly advice, I just want to tell you that I just watched on YouTube your performance of Beethoven’s Symphony #5 on the piano. Bravo! Bravissimo! It brought tears to my eyes.
