You have been blocked indefinitely from editing, because it is clear that you are not here to contribute to building the encyclopedia. Not only have you persisted in editing for self-promotion, despite its having been made clear to you that doing so is unacceptable, but in addition your repeated attempts to hijack the article Robert Fulton and replace its contents with a self-promotional vanity page make it clear that you are not acting in good faith. You could not possibly have thought that wouldbe acceptable. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
