HELP ME05:55, 27 November 2007 (UTC)PLEASE!!!!!

[edit]

I was updating the citations on an article and then once I saved it.....1/2 the article is gone! The entire article still appears in the edit page, but it is not coming through to the mail article.

What have I done wrong?

Please help I need to get this corrected ASAP!

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

All references starting with <ref> must end with </ref>. Otherwise the software thinks the following text is part of the reference. I have fixed it.[1] It's a common mistake. Another time you can get faster help either at Wikipedia:Help Desk, or by placing {{helpme}} here on your own talk page. I was not at my computer until now and others probably haven't seen your help requests among millions of pages at http://en.wikipedia.org. PrimeHunter (talk) 12:23, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Advice

[edit]

I see the text you contacted me about is discussed at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Possible legal threat re: Marc Ostrofsky so I will not get involved. Another time, if discussing with an editor doesn't lead to an acceptable result then check out Wikipedia:Dispute resolution. And see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and Wikipedia:No legal threats regarding the current situation. PrimeHunter (talk) 22:38, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
