Hi Soonyoulkwon,
Your outline looks very complete, with lots of very detailed information. It was very interesting to read and I think your article will be very though once finished! I just wanted to leave you with some feedback to possibly help with your final article.
Firstly the part about identifying fungi from the isolates does not seem to fit in the "History" section. Unless you mistyped something or I have misunderstood what you are trying to say with that point, I think it better belongs in your "Morphology" section.
You state that your fungus is cycloheximide resistant. Maybe describe how cycloheximide acts and what about your fungus's physiology makes it resistant to cycloheximide.
I would add a section on Ecology, describing where one might find your fungus in the environment. You do talk about its growth on culture, however not in the environment. I looked online and could not find any resources to help you with this, which leads me to think that you need to seek some external print sources. This would add another important section to your article to further add to the completeness of the discussion.
Your article is extremely complete, I searched online for more information and there do not seem to be a lot of online resources. Also you have covered all of the information I did find online. The structure of your article is very clear, other than the minor correction above. Can't wait to read your final article.
