A tag has been placed on MaxVal Group, Inc., requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Conflict of Interest Disclosure[edit]

Conflict of Interest Disclosure[edit]

I'd like to transparently disclose that I have an affiliation with MaxVal Group, Inc., either as an employee, contractor, or other form of association. I am committed to ensuring that my edits are neutral, fact-based, and adhere to Wikipedia's guidelines. I am open to feedback and will ensure that I discuss major edits on the article's talk page before implementation. Sooraj D (talk) 10:32, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

As you can see below, I have deleted MaxVal Group because it met our criteria for speedy deletion as unambiguously promotional. If you're going to write about a company, you must do so from a neutral point of view using independent, reliable sources. As a paid editor, you should also draft the article first and submit it for review through articles for creation, not create it directly yourself. – Joe (talk) 11:35, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm copying the reply you wrote to me as MaxVal Group, Inc. below. You can respond to messages by editing this page. Please don't create new articles to talk to other users, that's not what they're for. – Joe (talk) 17:51, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Joe,
I hope this message finds you well. I'd like to respectfully contest the speedy deletion of the MaxVal Group, Inc. Wikipedia page. I understand the concerns that led to the nomination for speedy deletion, and I've worked diligently to address those issues.
1. **Neutrality and Notability**: I've ensured that the content on the page is neutral and fact-based. Additionally, I've provided multiple reliable third-party sources that establish the notability of MaxVal Group, Inc. in the IP solutions industry.
2. **Promotional Content**: I've reviewed the content meticulously to ensure it adheres to Wikipedia's guidelines against promotional material. The article's primary aim is to provide accurate and factual information to readers.
3. **Conflict of Interest**: I understand the importance of transparency, and I've disclosed any potential conflicts of interest. Even with a COI, I've strived to maintain a neutral point of view in all edits.
4. **Engagement**: I'm actively engaging with the Wikipedia community on the article's talk page to gather feedback and collaborate to improve the page further.
I believe that the MaxVal Group, Inc. page provides value to Wikipedia readers, and its deletion might deprive them of relevant and factual information about a notable entity in the IP solutions space.
I kindly request you to reconsider the speedy deletion decision. I'm open to feedback and suggestions, and I'm willing to collaborate to address any lingering concerns.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Best regards,

Unfortunately your reply makes no sense. You haven't "worked diligently to address those issues" because this is your only edit since it was deleted. You aren't "actively engaging with the Wikipedia community on the article's talk page" because the article and its talk page are deleted, and nobody but you edited it before that. If you want to talk to me (or an editor here), please have the decency to use your own words, don't throw machine-generated nonsense at us. – Joe (talk) 18:08, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
