Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! -- samtar whisper 14:13, 18 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, SourcingABC. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Alliance Boots, you may have a conflict of interest. People with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, see the conflict of interest guideline and frequently asked questions for organizations. In particular, please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, its competitors, or projects and products you or they are involved with;
  • instead, propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use require disclosure of your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing, and autobiographies. Thank you. -- samtar whisper 14:16, 18 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Disclosure[edit]

Hi SourcingABC. I've noticed that you've filed several edit requests related to Walgreens recently. Please take a moment to read the paid edit disclosure protocol and fill out the {{connected contributor (paid)}} template, placing it on the top of each talk page of an article where you have requested changes. I have answered many edit requests for you, and since I am one of very few editors who patrol the edit requests backlog, it is likely I will end up answering your newest edit requests. But I would like to see you add the paid disclosure template on the talk pages first. It's important to add that template in addition to the disclosure you have been making in each talk page post because talk page posts may be archived but templates placed at the top of a talk page are never archived, so using a template disclosure is necessary for full transparency. Thank you for your cooperation. Altamel (talk) 00:15, 11 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This will include noting any inaccurate information[edit]

I see from your userpage that your activities include "noting any inaccurate information" about your clients. Could I ask that, in the interests of Neutrality, you extend your brief to noting any instances of complete puffery. Regards. KJP1 (talk) 17:17, 10 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
