AC (Peer Review for Marcello): 1st Section:

• In the first paragraph are you talking about the nervous system overall or is there a specific type of nervous system that you're explaining?

• I believe the second sentence should be split into two sentence to make it more cohesive.

2nd Section:

• In the second paragraph I think substituting the word "desired" instead of "wanted" would sound a bit more scientific.

• In the last sentence of the second paragraph, the semi-colon should come after the word "complex" instead of it being in front of the word "if".

3rd Section:

• In the first paragraph you spelled nucleic incorrect. Also, I think that phrase sounds better like "15-20 nucleic acids in length".

• You could split the second sentence of the second paragraph into two sentences due to it sounding like a run on sentence.

• In the last sentence of the second paragraph, you should add a comma after "barrier".

• In the third paragraph I think you should add a colon instead of a comma.

4th section:

• In the first sentence, do you mean maximum or minimum? Just want to make sure, because I was under the impression that you meant maximum when explaining the threshold within the trinucleotide repeat expansion.
