Question[edit]

First, congrats on your RfA Soxred! My question is what triggers the Bot X to archive an RFR report? Is it the {{done}} template? If so, how long after that template is added does SBX archive? Keeper | 76 | Disclaimer 23:55, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I run it every half hour. Soxred 93 00:20, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Bot Bug[edit]

Please add a check to make sure the page exists before tagging it via IRC so as to not create pages when somebody fatfingers the BRFA to approve/decline. Q T C 05:06, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

thanks[edit]

thanks for the info! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Krishvanth (talkcontribs) 09:04, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback[edit]

Thanks for reviewing my request; I'll stick around for a while and submit the request again later. ~Jonathan (talk) 16:08, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My rollback request[edit]

Wow, my first message to a bot... no offense, but I knew that my request had failed a full day before you notified me. Besides, I only wanted rollback so that I could use Huggle. --Dylan620 (Homeyadda yadda yaddaOoooohh!) 22:04, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not archiving[edit]

Just curious if the bot is down as it has not archived request for rollback for a couple days now. -Djsasso (talk) 22:37, 29 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

SoxBot misformatting since 12/6[edit]

Perhaps it's a feature :) but I noticed that SoxBot has started leaving out returns after new entries since Dec 6.

Done/not done[edit]

Is there any way this bot could specify done or not done when removing a user off the rollback list? It's currently saying "done" after everyone, including those who have been denied rollback. Thanks, either way (talk) 14:05, 23 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not archiving properly[edit]

It appears the this bot is not working correctly:

02:00, February 5, 2009 (hist) (diff) User talk:Arcanedude91 ‎ (Your request for rollback has been denied.) (top) [rollback]
02:00, February 5, 2009 (hist) (diff) Wikipedia:Requests for permissions/Rollback ‎ (Removing arcanedude91, done.) (top) [rollback

Post at User talk:Arcanedude91]] reads as:

Hi! I regret that I must inform you that your request for the rollback permission has been denied. You can discover why by checking the archives at Wikipedia:Requests for permissions/Denied/February 2009#arcanedude91. SoxBot X (talk) 02:00, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

But the archive post was never made. Dbiel (Talk) 03:03, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you[edit]

Its quite alright. I misunderstood what a "roll back" was and had requested something which I doid not intend upon. The page which I was working on had a technical error and issue, but luckily it has been repaired. --Yoganate79 (talk) 08:02, 9 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you have a look at the current page, User:Jamesontai's request has been completed for 3 weeks already. As I recall, there was another completed request recently that went unarchived for a month or so before someone archived it manually. Any idea why the bot is missing these?
