Hi Spiff, might I please trouble you for a favor? True Tamilan should be indeffed as a duck sock of Saffron White Green, who was indeffed for agenda-promotion. Saffron kept posting this[1][2][3] In these edits he describes the pro-Jallikattu protests as "well-organised" and then adds content about various churches being behind the organisation. You'll also notice the phrasing "Few Churches openly conducted prayer mass and protest rally against the Supreme Court ruling." In this edit by True Tamilan, the same content has been added. "Few Churches openly conducted prayer mass and protest rally against the Supreme Court ruling." And you'll also notice the POV evaluation that the protests were "well-planned". Clearly the same guy, and clearly a WP:REVERTBAN issue. I'd do it myself, but I'd probably be considered involved. Although this is one of those, "it's so obvious, why would an admin need to waste another admin's time"? situations, but you know how weird people get around here... Anyhow, thanks. Bhojpuri language and Awadhi language moved

Hello, a user recently moved these pages and edited to prove these are dialects not languages. Please restore the previous versions as I am unable to revert because of edits made afterwards. Regards.--SM7--talk-- 21:38, 10 March 2017 (UTC)

about the page bhumihar

the information which is given in history part of bhumihar page is quite incorrect. bhumihars are not the offspring of any vernas. they are pure brahmins with three karmas.and the reference which is mentioned talks about offshoots which means different not offspring .so kindly delete the wrong information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wizard710 (talkcontribs) 06:18, 12 March 2017 (UTC)

Nityananda scandal

The reasoning in this deletion discussion appears absolutely ridiculous. We had a bunch of people who knew absolutely nothing about the scandal arguing whether to retain the article or not. It was definitely a notable incident which requires coverage in Wikipedia but the article, I guess was deleted over concerns of WP:BLP. I believe it is wrong to impose censorship fearing violation of BLP. Nithyananda spent time in jail over this incident which certainly opened a can of worms[4]. Nor does the article Swami Nithyananda mention anything about the controversies the godman was involved. Lets give the green flag to neutral coverage instead of censoring articles citing BLP.-RaviMy Tea Kadai 16:53, 8 March 2017 (UTC)

user:Ravichandar84, Mute point. He was illegally obtained because of the hype surrounding the fake video. To date, no conviction has come down against him. These allegations are from 2012 and far outdated for relevancy on WP. Also, the current page contains both praise and criticism (although very poorly sourced) - please do not add NPOV tags without mentioning the reason in talk first. DocTox (talk) 21:54, 9 March 2017 (UTC)
If he wasn't convicted then why not mention it in the article. Going by the same yardstick, we have to remove the Controversies section from Jayendra Saraswathi article, too. Besides I thought that the India Today was a reliable source. Let's keep things neutral and not go out-of-the-way to appease his followers.-RaviMy Tea Kadai 02:21, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
That's exactly what I tried to do, but User: Lemongirl942 removed it. Without needing to appease anyone, why can we just not be transparent about it. Make a controversy section: Accusing of x, no conviction to date. Otherwise these accusations are spread throughout the article like they are now. DocTox (talk) 20:12, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
