Done. The irony is that I originally created it at the requested title back in 2006, and then it got moved by a different user in 2009 following the earlier name change -- so all I've really done here is to restore the original status quo!

At any rate, thanks for asking about this rather than jumping to conclusions about how to solve it. You're right that manually cutting and pasting text from one title to another isn't the preferred method of changing an article's title on here -- while that would certainly accomplish the desired outcome, it would bifurcate the article's edit history in the process. For example, if the 2009 move had been done by cutting and pasting, you would have been fooled into thinking that editor was the original creator, unless it occurred to you to check the separate edit history on the redirect to see that it was really me instead. (The broken edit history would also make the process of moving the article back to its original title a lot more technically complex, because I would have had to delete the redirect, move the page and then manually restore the deleted version. But that's another story which thankfully we don't need to worry about here.)

Rather, if you look at the top of the page near the search bar, you'll see a tab marked with a small downpointing arrow; if you click on that arrow, one of the options in the dropdown menu is "move", which in turn will take you to a page where you complete the process. Since I've already done it here, you don't need to worry about that now -- but if in the process of contributing to Wikipedia you come across other pages that need to be moved due to a name change or a spelling error or whatever, now you'll know how to do it properly.
