The article is not finished yet and I was modest with external links in foreign languages. Can you please suggest what exactly the article is missing, so I could expend it and meet your criteria? There sure are articles with about same "weight" of people working in this field ... For example http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Janez_Lapajne
The difference is, that I wanted to keep the article cleaner and didn't mention the minor works.
