Regarding User:Bigremo and the warning message I just received today 18 August 2015

[edit]

I just got this message:--> Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Some of your recent edits, such as those you made to Reindeer, have been considered unhelpful or unconstructive and have been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. SparrowsWing (talk) 01:30, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Dear SparrowsWing, I have made no edits recently, to Reindeer or anything else. My last activity was in regard to Active Synapse or Jay Hosler or Clan Apis or one of my other books and that was probably four months ago working out my improper labeling of an image. I am the only one that uses this computer and I do not share my account or anything like that. I will change my password, but feel free to revert Reindeer or any non-Active Synapse wiki page because Active Synapse stuff is all I touch as I have no idea what I am doing most of the time.

Hello, I noticed you left a comment on User:24.126.26.172's talk page regarding vandalism to User:JoshEdgar. As you can can read in my exchange with User:24.126.26.172, he/she claims to be User:JoshEdgar but refuses to log in to verify. He/she has since been blocked for his/her disruption. Cheers! Ratiocinate (tc) 02:33, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for that. SparrowsWing (talk) 02:45, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about the vandalism to Fox. I was trying to show a friend that he really can edit a page without logging in, if he so chooses. I did undo the change myself immediately afterward. I've yet to familiarize myself with the sandbox, but will try using it in the future. I'll be showing him the message you gave me, to let him know that vandalism is not appreciated here.

Thank you, 207.3.144.147.

Good edit on God

[edit]

I want to say "good job" on your speedy edit on God by Pyromancer102. I think he might have made more of an effort with the word choice and thereby created something worth keeping. As it was I believe you were correct in the quick removal. Thanks, Hu Gadarn 22:30, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Great, thanks. SparrowsWing (talk) 22:45, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Targeting error

[edit]

I don't think I'm the guy you're looking for. I found a message from 26 February '07 waiting for me, but I should have a static IP - and it shouldn't be 70.149.99.111.

Kudos on the tone, though. Your message said "Hey, knock it off" without being offensive. :)--Legomancer 05:01, 20 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about that - I might have just clicked on the wrong link to speak to someone. SparrowsWing (talk) 23:23, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

sorry

sorry, I didn't know that changing the color was bad —Preceding unsigned comment added by Magelanic (talkcontribs) 12:26, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for reverting the vandalism of this article in which an IP editor made random changes to dates. That is the sort of vandalism which might persist for a while if not caught. Edison (talk) 04:50, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

im really sorry

i just wanted to see how long my sister's name could stay there. not long i guess! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Patfan100 (talkcontribs) 02:39, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Quick on the draw, there.

You beat me to that vandalism on Neopets by roughly a second. Nicely done. ----Jump! Slash! Dash! Ouch! Super Mario SonicBOOM! 00:22, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry

[edit]

Sorry about that last revision, I meant to undo the vandalism but I accidentally undid yours because I didn't notice that you had just taken out the vandalism. Sorry for the confusion.RPlunk2853 (talk) 00:34, 24 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A successful wikipedia article

[edit]

I am doing a project for class and need to write a wikipedia article I was wondering if you could describe to me what goes into an article to make it successful on wikipedia.

Thanks Hochy15 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hochy15 (talkcontribs) 18:20, 24 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I see this user made two naive edits to black hole, which I think should be accepted as good faith rather than vandalism, though not up to standard. Also, there have been only these two recent edits since October 2007, so I think he deserves a little more slack before a block. I left a welcome note with some links and suggestions for him. Cheers, Wwheaton (talk) 03:49, 29 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Psalm

[edit]

SparrowsWing, I just wanted to let you know that I like the Psalm you have on your userpage. It's inspiring and beautiful. Snowman304 (talk) 20:34, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
