Request reason:

I got the idea of the username from this, [1]. I first thought the edit filter stopped all of those bad usernames, but seeing now its a bad username, and fealing stupit of creating it, I would like to start over. Atlease soften the block so I can make a new user to help wikiepdia. Also I just read the Username stuff, should have read that first. also after reading that this new username seems bad-- User talk:You kill me16

I've blocked that user for username and vandalism (he seemed to be trying to upload an inapproriate photo). As for you, may I recommend using {{unblock-un|<new name here>}} instead?
