February 2017[edit]

Hello, I'm Excirial. I noticed that in this edit to Denise Gilligan, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 21:23, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Denise Gilligan, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Denise Gilligan, you may be blocked from editing. You have said this content is inaccurate. If so, please change it rather than just outright removing it. Thank you. LoudLizard (📞 | contribs | ) 21:30, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I second the notion that simple changes could improve the article AND THE ENVIRONMENT for us WIPIPEDIANS, rather than simple deletions which can, and often do, cause stress, etc. UNSIGNED — Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.169.121.10 (talk) 13:35, 15 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please can you remove all mention of ex lover of joanne Hamilton in the title by Denise name. This is embarrassing for her and her family. Thank you Spice71 (talk) 22:06, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Denise Gilligan[edit]

Can you please remove from the title..ex lover of joanne Hamilton as this is hurtful to Denise and embarrassing for her. I tried on her behalf but you restored. The rest of the information is accurate on the page. Spice71 (talk) 21:52, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Spice71:
Where on this page does it refer to Joanne Hamilton as her ex lover? I can see neither the words "joanne", "Hamilton" or "ex lover" on the page? Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 22:02, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Right beside her name..Denise Gilligan camogie player, ex lover joanne Hamilton. It's the title of the page Spice71 (talk) 22:12, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, did you click the link in my previous message and did you see the "Joanne Hamilton" mention there? If not, what page are you looking at? There is absolutely no mention whatsoever of Joanne Hamilton on the Wikipedia page mentioned. It is possible that you are viewing a mirror of the Wikipedia page that contains the content mentioned - if this is the case i nor any other Wikipedian can help you, because those pages are not part of Wikipedia.
