Thanks for chipping in. This is a very big job. 7&6=thirteen (talk) 01:46, 4 January 2008 (UTC)Stan[reply]

AWB

[edit]

AutoWikiBrowser isn't really set up for quick vandalism reverting; if you can get Twinkle to work properly you should be in good shape with that. AWB is more for repetitive tasks, such as adding a category to 100 pages or something along those lines.   jj137 03:37, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the information. I have removed my name from the registration page until further notice. - Spick And Span [Talk] [Contributions] 22:14, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Clara/Hell

[edit]

Dunno how that happened - I seem to have restored vandalism rather than removed it. Ta (Sarah777 (talk) 21:39, 6 January 2008 (UTC))[reply]

The vandal performed two consecutive edits, both of which were considered as acts of vandalism. It seems that your edit reverted only the second one, thus bringing the article to the first state of vandalism. - Spick And Span [Talk] [Contributions] 22:31, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Roman Signer

Thank you for fixing my format error in this new article. Do you have the time to demonstrate how to format the links section, since I'm doing something wrong in all of mine? Minos P. Dautrieve (talk) 02:46, 8 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There's a guide floating around, which you may find helpful. In essence, however, the External Links section usually takes on the following format:

==External links==
*[http://www.example.org Description of webpage goes here]
*[http://www.example.org Description of webpage goes here]

. . . thus appearing like the following:

[edit]

Basically, replace the URL with the website of your choice, and replace "Description of webpage goes here" with an accompanying short title. Also, these two parameters are separated by a space.

Hope this helps. - Spick And Span [Talk] [Contributions] 02:59, 8 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Regarding warning

[edit]

Thanks for the heads up :-) and yeah, I figured that when I looked at the article's history. After I saw your self-revert I quickly removed the warning. Happy vandal fighting ;-) LightAnkhC|MSG 17:09, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your VandalProof Application

[edit]

Thank you for your interest in VandalProof, Spick And Span. As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact the just released 1.3 version has even more power. Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. Thank again for your interest in VandalProof. βcommand 13:49, 14 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism

[edit]

I've blocked this account because of a string of vandalisms, which seem somewhat out of character, but which occur after four months of inactivity. If you have a good explanation (please don't blame your brother or your roommate, this gets really old) please use the unblock template as given in the directions. Thanks, Antandrus (talk) 14:04, 15 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
