Your contributed article, Chicken Kiev speech[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Chicken Kiev speech. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Chicken Kiev. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Chicken Kiev – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 15:17, 4 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Removing Speedy at Chicken Kiev speech[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for taking the time to create a page here. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you created yourself. Because Wikipedia policy does not allow the creator of the page to remove deletion tags, an automated program has replaced the deletion tag you removed from Chicken Kiev speech. Please do not continue to remove the deletion tag, instead, if you disagree with the deletion, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the page by clicking this link. Once there, select the button that says Click here to contest this speedy deletion.
  2. This will take you to the talk page, where you can make your case by explaining why the page does not meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do. For further help about the deletion, you could contact the user who first placed the tag or a highly active user who is willing to help with deletion. This message was left by a bot, so please do not contact the bot about the deletion. Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 15:18, 4 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

December 2012[edit]

Hello. It appears that you have been canvassing—leaving messages on biased users' talk pages to notify them of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote—in order to influence Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:Article Rescue Squadron/Rescue list (2nd nomination). While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Remember to respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large. Monty845 20:24, 4 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with Monty here. You've got to either expand the people you're notifying, or it IS canvassing. I've given you lists of people to notify. Please notify them. Oh, and please read WP:GAME. pbp 20:41, 4 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for December 5[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Chicken Kiev speech, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Rukh (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 11:23, 5 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No need to get worked up. You may disagree with the nomination and all, but it is clear that the nominator has done their fair share for the project by creating a huge number of articles and making a huge number of edits. Thank you, Drmies (talk) 20:15, 5 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • OK, I'm getting on your case one more time. It's fine to criticize other editors, but you should be prepared to take some in return. I'm looking at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:Article Rescue Squadron/Rescue list (2nd nomination), where you have tried to rebut every "delete" vote. With 150 edits on your belt, 24 of which on that particular MfD, you should ask yourself if others will take you seriously, throwing weight around that you don't yet have. I'm not rightly sure where I stand on that MfD, but I'll tell you that if you want to get that thing deleted you should probably refrain from commenting every single time someone agrees with the nomination. It's borderline badgering and if it comes from someone who is so new here, it probably only serves to antagonize editors. Thank you, Drmies (talk) 20:20, 5 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Actually interestingly enough he is now blocked for being a sock of Okip. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 15:32, 6 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
