Access Energy Transformation marked for deletion

Hi there, I have tagged this article for speedy deletion, as it violates the Wikipedia policy against recreated articles that were previously deleted according to proper deletion policy. The deletion discussion was open for seven days and the consensus was that the article should be deleted for lack of notability.
