Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Have another one.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 23:50, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dec. 2008[edit]

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Adam Merrin, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam); and,
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for businesses. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. I also have concerns regarding your edits to other articles related to both Adam Merrin and his band (The 88). -- TRTX T / C 15:10, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Dan Payson-Lewis[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Dan Payson-Lewis. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dan Payson-Lewis. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:06, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hello, this is Adam Merrin from The 88. I also play keyboards with Ray Davies from The Kinks and The Three O'Clock. I was recently blocked when adding a new page, Heavymetalanthem, which is a new band that I recently produced. I am requesting to be unlocked in order to update other pages on Wikipedia. Thank you for your time.

Accept reason:

User (and IP address) apparently not blocked. Allowing username change to requested username. However, presumably you didn't mean to request the new username as Your proposed new Spookymarinara (talk · contribs). If not, do you have an alternative name, and could you please also answer the questions below? Please put a request in at Wikipedia:Changing username as soon as possible. -- Trevj (talk · contribs) 10:47, 12 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I've closed the request you left at the IP page. If you could address the questions Mr. Case left for you there it would be helpful - I've recreated them below. Kuru (talk) 02:07, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Here are a few key questions:

You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a company, group or product that you have been promoting, contrary to the username policy. Changing the username will not allow you to violate the 3 important principles above. Kuru (talk) 02:07, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:The88(by Eric Cwiertny).jpg[edit]

If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
