Hello. Your deletion of information about the Ukrainian origin of Michael Strenk is unacceptable. It is traditional that Strenk is a Ukrainian Lemkos of the Prechov region in Ukrainian and world historiography. In addition, Carpatho-Rusyns are not a separate nation, but only a sub-ethnographic group of Ukrainians. Your source is a blog and is not authoritative. There are the following sources about Ukrainian origin. Removing them is vandalism and violates the rules of Wikipedia. Please do not do this. Note, also, that WP:SELFPUBLISHed sources, such as the one you cited for the Michael Strank biography, are not reliable sources. Self-published sources or blogs are only of significance if the author is a known academic/scholar in the relevant field. It is also contingent on whether it is contingent to be WP:DUE. I am pleasantly surprised that you are interested in studying the Ukrainian language and Ukraine as a whole. I did not see the Rusyn or Ukrainian origin from your notes on the user page. Let me ask, what caused your capture Ukrainian and Rusyn (Ruthenian) topic? I also believe that Michael Strenk article should be presented with both points of view.
