This draft's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are:

in-depth (not just brief mentions about the subject or routine announcements)
reliable
secondary
strictly independent of the subject

Make sure you add references that meet all four of these criteria before resubmitting. Learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

The vast majority of sources only mention 1985 in passing. I see no in-depth coverage. Also, please read WP:Citation overkill, and remove redundant citations. Remember that 100 poor sources is no better than 1 good source.

In addition, ImdB is user generated(a wiki like this one) and is unreliable. Please remove it.

The Philanthropy section is all about Tom Jennings and not the company itself
