File permission problem with File:AS50 guide.pdf[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:AS50 guide.pdf. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

Declined speedy[edit]

Hey, I had to decline the speedy on Raymond "Duggie" Fisher. The problem is that since a magazine he created was nominated for a Hugo Award, it would give him just enough asserted notability to where he would pass speedy criteria. I've moved it to Raymond Fisher (fan), as we don't normally use middle names unless it's someone who is overwhelmingly known by that name. In any case, I did find some sourcing to show that Odd was considered to be a good example of higher quality fanzines of the era, so I've merged the article for Odd into the main article and redirected there. It might pass notability guidelines on that basis, but then sources were scanty. I would recommend an AfD, since this is something that would be better if it ran through a full discussion.
