A tag has been placed on Debbie Taylor, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

I realize that you have promised to provide information in the coming weeks, but it is better to start writing an article with some substantive information which will give other people the opportunity to help expand the article as well. Metropolitan90 17:13, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Debbie Taylor[edit]

I have again deleted this page. Please see WP:CSD#A7 for the criteria on why notability must be asserted for an article to be on Wikipedia. Thanks. Pedro |  Chat  09:57, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Debbie Taylor[edit]

Hi Stax. The article failed to assert notability and was basically written in the first person as original research. If you can cite some sources and sort out the 1st person view point I have no objections to you recreating it. However, can I ask you greate it as a user sub page first, perhaps then asking me to review it before recreating it? To help, I'll create a sub page with your deleted text. Let Me Know. Hi again Stax. You're welcome. We try to encourage editors here, and I know it's dispirting when an admin just turns up and deletes your article. It's a bit late, but here comes a boiler plate welcome message, with some handy links! Pedro |  Chat  10:53, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Article[edit]

That looks good to me mate. I've tided up the internal linking for you. It could badly do with some references though, to proove what you've written. As it stands it wouldn't be speedy deleted again, but might well be sent to WP:AFD - see if you can find a website or something in print that can be cited to back up the article, and then no problems. Pedro |  Chat  10:20, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No worries - let me know when it's cited. Mine's a Carling with a dash of lime ......... !!! Pedro |  Chat  20:42, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Cdoy.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Cdoy.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 05:30, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Stax. Good stuff! All looks fine. The "wikify" tag means it needs to be cleaned a bit according to the manual of style (well it actually mean it needs to have some wikinks (although there are plenty) which I think is what the editor who tagged it meant). A wikilink is a blue link that leads to a relevant article. e.g. "She was a Vocalist". I've just done some tidying, removed some lines and put the contents list in properly. All should be well - time for a pint! Pedro :  Chat  15:10, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:The original Belfast Harp Bar, Hill Street, Belfast.jpeg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:The original Belfast Harp Bar, Hill Street, Belfast.jpeg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. Disambiguation link notification for July 12[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited The Harp Bar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Outcasts. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

File source problem with File:The original Belfast Harp Bar, Hill Street, Belfast.jpeg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:The original Belfast Harp Bar, Hill Street, Belfast.jpeg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Cryptic 00:19, 19 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
