Welcome![edit]

Hello, Stellasun666, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

  • You can find answers to many student questions on our Q&A site, ask.wikiedu.org

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:09, 13 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know what you were trying, but please don't do that again. New users should not be moving things through various name spaces. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 02:26, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I want to move it to my sandbox and add more details of it, but something goes wrong. Do you know how to recover it?Stellasun666 (talk) 02:56, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
You can copy the content. Just don't "move" it. And please be much more careful. Ask a mentor or at the tea house (info will follow) if you aren't sure what you are doing. tedder (talk) 04:34, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Tedder is correct. You can copy content into a sandbox, as long as you note in an edit summary where the stuff came from, and then work on it. When you are done, PLEASE don't just move it back. Either make your edits in the article, or ask an administrator to merge the contents. Drmies (talk) 15:55, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
