[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Tennessee has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Tennessee. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you.--Smashvilletalk 22:36, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Chattanooga. While objective prose about products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Thank you. Since you've already received several notes before about adding promotional links, you're probably well on your way to getting your links blacklisted as spam. - On second thought, I started a discussion about the links here: Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Military history/American Civil War task force#External links to CivilWarTraveler.com
