Request reason:

Swansea is the wettest city in the United Kingdom. How was Draft:Philip Copley an attack page? In my opinion, it should be Technopat who should be blocked, not me. Cheers, Steve the Swan (talk) 10:08, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I have taken a look at your edits, and I am fully confident the block is correct. PhilKnight (talk) 11:20, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. A page you created has been nominated for deletion as an attack page, according to section G10 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

Do not create pages that attack, threaten, or disparage their subject or any other entity. Attack pages and files are not tolerated by Wikipedia, and users who create or add such material may be blocked from editing. Technopat (talk) 10:04, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Too late to discuss that now. @Joseph2302: fyi. Steve the Swan (talk) 10:09, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

For reviewing admin[edit]

Regarding part of the unblock request, the following diff, taken in conjunction with the draft page the same user added earlier (but which has now been deleted), may be of interest:
