Conflict of interest

Greetings. If you are the psychologist Steven C. Hayes, then you appear to have a conflict of interest regarding your edits on the topic of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Wikipedia editors' role is to further the interests of the encyclopedia. External roles that conflict with that goal, such as professional advocacy for ACT and having a financial stake in the promotion of ACT through the authoring of books on the topic for a popular audience, constitute a conflict of interest.
