Hi, you tagged this image with the {{GDFL-self}} license tag. For future reference, that tag is specfic to works that you have created - it does not apply to screenshots of webpages, which are actually derivative works of someone else's copyrighted work. In such cases, you should use the {{Web-screenshot}} template, which lists the image as fair use under the conditions listed. Thanks. --Wafulz 23:26, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You might want to also take a look at the proper tag for Image:Stjohnplessington-logo.png. Check them out here. --Wafulz 23:29, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Warning[edit]

Please do not disrupt Wikipedia to make a point. This includes tagging every article I've created for speedy deletion, despite them clearly not meeting speedy deletion criteria. Further disruption will result in a block. Also, why exactly are you tagging my articles? All I did was go through and fix your mistakes with image tagging.... --Wafulz 02:54, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What method do you use to make an entire page on a website, such as the image of Youtube? - Thekittenofterra 05:01, 17 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Youtube homepage 070107.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Youtube homepage 070107.png. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. KonstableSock 09:35, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
