Orphaned non-free media (Image:DSCN1890.PNG)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:DSCN1890.PNG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:17, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Stewartlee39. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Gaybook".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Gaybook}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 04:01, 25 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have to ask, what do you hope to gain through your efforts at self-promotion at North Road (Manchester)? Any fool can clearly see the similarity between your username and that of the person who purchased the plaque at North Road, and furthermore, what official standing does that plaque have? If it's just something you bought and erected yourself, I have to ask, who the hell cares? The only way your cheap plaque is worth mentioning is if it were official and if it had any media coverage whatsoever. In the absence of that, I will continue to revert your additions to the page until you provide evidence of your plaque's notability. – PeeJay 23:57, 18 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

--

This edit is genuine, I actually bought a £79 plaque this year to replace the one that was stolen in 2000, I actually visited the former ground yesterday to see the plaque I had bought. If you'd like to contact Naomi Layton (Naomi.Layton@uk.fujitsu.com) for proof, please feel free to do so as she met me yesterday, to show me the plaque. It is important for the history of Manchester United to be commemorated. And as a fellow United fan, taking my edits off your page is ridiculous.

Please read my blog too for proof, http://www.leecraigstewart.com/blog/my-trip-to-manchester-two/

Lastly, why have you made it next to impossible for Wiki users to contact you?

Thanks! StewartLee39

If you wish to contact me, I have my own talk page at User talk:PeeJay2K3. But yes, I have no doubt that the information you've added is true, there's just no way to verify it using reliable, independent sources. Have any news organisations reported on your plaque? If not, you're just some guy who spent money on a plaque as a means of self-promotion on Wikipedia, which is not allowed. – PeeJay 11:33, 19 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

OK, no problem, rules are rules I guess.
