License tagging for Image:FSC pic.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:FSC pic.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

Solar panels

Mr Meyer, your contribution about fluorescent solar collector panels certainly was well-referenced. The problem is, it was not written as an encyclopedia article. It was written as an article for a scholarly journal (thus my deletion summary of "not an article", meaning "not an ENCYCLOPEDIA article").

The two styles are very different; in fact, they're so different that (in this case) I could not see any way of converting the one into the other. Although I see no reason why we should not have an article on fluorescent solar collectors, it would have to be rewritten from scratch. I recommend you read several of our other articles on scientific topics, so as to get a proper feel for the recommended style.

I would be willing to restore the article and move it into your userspace so you can consult it, if you want. DS (talk) 16:03, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
