This is a quick how to for harvard referencing.

Step 1: Create a citations section to the article

==Citations==
{{reflist|3}}

Step 2: Create a references section.

==References==

Step 3: In the references section, add a reference, e.g.,:

*{{Citation
| last = Johnson
| first = Jerry
| authorlink = Jerry Johnson
| year = 2006
| date = 2006-02-16
| title = Statement on Albert Einstein
| publisher = aaas.org
| url = http://www.aaas.org/news/releases/2006/pdf/0219boardstatement.pdf
}} Retrieved on [[2007-01-14]]

This will show up like this:

  • Johnson, Jerry (2006-02-16), Statement on Albert Einstein (PDF), aaas.org{{citation}}: CS1 maint: date and year (link) Retrieved on 2007-01-14

Step 4: In the article, write a sentence, and then cite it, like so:

Jerry Johnson states that [[Albert Einstein|Einstein]] was smart.<ref>{{harvnb|Johnson|2006|p=23-24}}</ref>

This will show up like this:

Jerry Johnson states that Einstein was smart.[1]

Step 5: See these
