Thanks for email, in which you said I work for this company. I have created other wiki pages for the company.

Apart from an unsourced biography (yours?), all your edits have been related to the Al Shirawi group. You have an obvious conflict of interest . If you work directly or indirectly for an organisation, or otherwise are acting on its behalf, you are very strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. If you are paid directly or indirectly by the organisation you are writing about, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You should have posted such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at Sudeepkp. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Sudeepkp|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. You did not provide the required disclosure.

Your articles were highly non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews. They were also lacking independent verifiable sources. It is clear that you are here to write about your company and its leaders, not to not to build an encyclopedia. You are also an undisclosed paid editor

I am Sudeep and I got blocked on Thursday for not following the Wikipedia standards while posting an article about our Sr. Vice Chairman. Kindly see my request below and if possible, please unblock. I assure you that I will not post any article again without following wikipedia instructions.

I clearly understand now that I cannot add biography about myself, friends or employers. In this case, considering myself as a paid editor, I understand the COI and I have to disclose in my page about who is paying me directly/indirectly. Here in my case, I was adding article about my employer on his request. I understand my inexperience in wikipedia crated this issue. I very rarely edit/create wiki pages.
