Hello Sujit.jha3. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Hello 331dot, I am not getting paid for any article I edit or create in wikipedia, rather I am around the subject that I believe it should be on wikipedia then I create article for it. I am full time employees of Paracosma. I still consider myself new here. In the case of Rajeev Jha, I am following him since he was running Madhesh Rashtriya Jantantrik Party from India against Nepal government. You can read all about it here..[1] He asked me to look into the issue with his page here on Wikipedia. So, I have stated in the help section of his page. Please let me know further. Thanks
