This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of IP University, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally moving or duplicating content, please be sure you have followed the procedure at Wikipedia:Splitting by acknowledging the duplication of material in edit summary to preserve attribution history.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Articles

[edit]

Rather than create duplicate articles with different names you should just redirect the page to the existing article. Then you can add any new material to the original article. Thanks. Enter CambridgeBayWeather, waits for audience applause, not a sausage 12:56, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not create multiple articles with the same content. If you feel that alternative names are used, use WP:Redirects instead. Passportguy (talk) 14:06, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Cbpgecjlogo.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 03:12, 18 August 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk 03:12, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Possibly unfree File:Univlog12.gif

You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. --Skier Dude (talk 03:14, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Two articles on the same college

[edit]

I stumbled across the two pages Government Engineering College, Jaffarpur and Government Engineering College, Jaffarpur, New Delhi, and noticed that they were almost identical. Having two articles on the same topic is confusing for readers, so I have reduced the second of these to a one-line redirect to the first - see WP:REDIRECT for details. From here on, please edit Government Engineering College, Jaffarpur as the one article on the college.

I also ran into the two old redirects Govt engg college and Govt. engg. college. Since I can't imagine anyone wanting to search Wikipedia for these exact abbreviations I have proposed them for deletion. If you wish, you can comment on this proposal here.

Thank you for the good work you are doing on this college's article. -- John of Reading (talk) 10:37, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Delhi

[edit]

Hi Sunilshah2006, i observed your edit on Template:Delhi, where you added CBP Government Engineering College in the Education Section. Please don't do such kind of edits again, because this template is related to only significant topics of Delhi; for education section we can only add those educational institutions and organizations that have played major role in the development of education in Delhi. I saw your contribution, which have major portion of related college; means it seems you've some connection with it, but it doesn't make you to add it everywhere, specially on such a important template. I hope you won't repeat it again, thank you. Bill william comptonTalk 13:29, 22 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Kendriya Vidyalaya, Andrews Ganj, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia for multiple reasons. Please see the page to see the reasons. If the page has since been deleted, you can ask me the reasons by leaving a message on my user talk page.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Gurt Posh (talk) 08:53, 22 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:Cbpgecjlogo.JPG

However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 13:13, 1 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The file File:Government Engineering College, Jaffarpur, New Delhi.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
