If you really are Dani Woodward, the easiest thing for you to do would be to follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Contact us/Photo submission.

There are actually two issues with the image that you keep adding. 1) The original is of better quality than the "holding the cell phone at arm's length to get a crooked self portrait" image that you keep adding. Sure, the original isn't great but it shows the subjects face for identification purposes which is the core of why we provide images. And 2) you have not provided any permission information to the file that you've uploaded.
