Proposed deletion of Jugraj singh (author)[edit]

The article Jugraj singh (author) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at Jugraj Singh (Author), you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. Please do not continue with creating this inappropriate page against previous AfD consensus. I was blocked for using the multiple accounts and doing the same mistakes and I apologize to wikipedia and community I now understand what i have been blocked for,and will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
