Rollback
Hello, this is just to let you know that I've granted you Rollback rights. Just remember:
- Rollback gives you access to certain scripts, including Huggle and Igloo, some of which can be very powerful, so exercise caution
- Rollback is only for blatant vandalism
- Having Rollback rights does not give you any special status or authority
- Misuse of Rollback can lead to its removal by any administrator
- Please read Help:Reverting and Wikipedia:Rollback feature to get to know the workings of the feature
- You can test Rollback at Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback
- You may wish to display the {{User wikipedia/rollback}} userbox and/or the {{Rollback}} top icon on your user page
- If you have any questions, please do let me know.

Proposed deletion: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMCO_Burglar_Alarm_Company
Hey Suriel, thought I'd follow your *speedy deletion warning* of my article on AMCO. I started it on Friday evening - and then went to the pub and didn't end up finishing it with references etc. - so understand your reaction / warning. I've now finished a pretty good first draft of the article with full external reference links.
I've so far added x7 external references about AMCO and its various aspects of work from respected sources including the Guardian Newspaper, MSN and Engadget.
I understand why you might have initially thought the article obscure, however in the space of *burglar alarms* and monitored security, AMCO is a respected specialist in this space in the UK - focusing on *immediate audio response* systems, which are pretty niche - but pretty significant from a tech perspective, and will be a growing sector in the security space (as alarm / security monitoring grows via linking alarms to mobile devices such as the iPad etc. - an exciting prospect, as the ability to remotely monitor your property (whether home or car or whatever) will provide a kind of crowd-sourced approach to security.
I'll be updating more on this subject across the different burglar alarm / security areas in the coming weeks.
I hope the article in its now updated present form passes your guidelines. If there's anything more you'd like me to tweak / change, do drop me a note (i.e. I know there's some work to do around improving detail around the *immediate audio response stuff*.
Thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Thequiggler (talk • contribs) 15:15, 16 October 2011 (UTC)

OK. The biography portion of the C.V. has been removed from the other Web site. Let me note that there are many instances of government officials, academics, and other prominent individuals whose biographies appear in numerous places on the Web (and these appear to claim copyright of the material). I have done nothing with the article about Dr. Stewart that is not already widely practiced by publishers, universities, professional societies and others, and where similar material also shows up on Wikipedia. On the topic of warnings regarding "Olivia Scott" and 'parryfencer'
I happen to know the "Olivia Scott" in question, and no, that is not her real name. The article was edited in order to draw attention to the fact that it needed speedy deletion. However, "Olivia Scott" aka "Parryfencer" restored the article about herself. The article's subject is neither Wikipedia-worthy, nor notable, and "parryfencer" should be banned from future discussion of the topic. It should also be noted that the surname 'Scott' is assumed, a direct violation of the Notability Guidelines.

Chinese Democracy
Do you have any interest in improving or working on the GNR articles or are you just b eing purposely WP:Pointy. If you want to have a long drawn out discussion about what you should be kept, merged, left alone I welcome it. If you just want to keep reverting a redirect then we are doomed to an edit war. I welcome a conversation about why this article should not be redirected and please do not point to the AFD again since the AFD did not say keep the article. It said no consensus and that a discussion should take place. However you are the only person who seems to be interested in the article at all, even though your comments at AFD seem to support merge? So what exactly is your stance. Should all the information remain redundant in both articles, or should we merge? What is there to merge since the two articles are redundant? Should we establish some criteria for which information is in which article. How about we just skip ahead and just do the redirect. Why take months to do what is already done. Again I invite you to actually DISCUSS the issue not just keep pointing to an AFD which really says nothing.Ridernyc (talk) 17:32, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for the feedback re: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMCO_Burglar_Alarm_Company As mentioned, I'm working on updating aspects of the burglar alarm section of wikipedia and in particular aspects around *monitored burglar alarms* and *immediate audio response*. These are areas which don't have a huge amount of indepth coverage at the moment, and are pretty weak. I have a good knowledge of this area, so will help to improve them . . . — Preceding unsigned comment added by Thequiggler (talk • contribs) 09:29, 24 October 2011 (UTC)
My apologizes
I have put this on the other page but wanted to make a personal apology to you for any offense you may have perceived as to your nationality. I have nothing but respect for editors of both countries and my record and my statements here and on article pages prove that. I love (especially) the medieval history of England and Scotland. Please do not misinterpretete what I said. All countries have issues and sides of those issues. This is just an article discussion. My apologizes to you if you thought differently. My more recent statement was to attempt to give an example to show the "perspective" of history from the citizen of one country to another, i.e., an American to a European, not to diminish anyone's history. If I failed to articulate that meaning, I would also apologize for that as well. Mugginsx (talk) 18:08, 25 October 2011 (UTC)

New Page Patrolling
Hi. Thank you for patrolling new pages. I'm just letting you know that I have deleted John H. Dessauern as WP:G3 blatant vandalism, and not WP:A1 as you had tagged it. Please read WP:NPP and WP:CSD to find out about the difference between the two criteria. Thanks and happy patrolling! Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 11:19, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
- The article I tagged for CSD was actually Skyrimnerd (not John H. Dessauern) and I believe my tagging was correct - the article appeared to be a test autobiography for the user Skyrimnerd which, whilst inappropriate for an article, is not "blatant vandalism" ("deliberate attempt to compromise the integrity of Wikipedia" as quoted on WP:VANDAL) and therefore WP:G3 does not apply. I am reasonably aware of the differences between CSD criteria. ŞůṜīΣĻ¹98¹Speak 11:27, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
- My apologies for linking to the wrong page. However, I can assure you that in Skyrimnerd "i am a nerd of a game that can not be mentioned for ewe3" is blatant vandalism. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 11:35, 20 January 2012 (UTC)

Need some help
Not sure if you can help me but really would appreciate it if you could. I am trying to work on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adam_Windsor - The article has a speedy deletion on it, however I have cited and referenced a lot more information than when first requested to be deleted. I am honestly not that great with using wikipeda so am not 100% sure how to contests things etc I have however gone to a lot of admin staff who are helping me the page and am asking editors to help with the page to get it up to a great standard. If you could help me with the editing of the page that would be great or if you could recommend someone that could that would also be really really good. I am working my hardest though to get it to where it needs to be. Please let me know if you can help me. I will continue to cite and reference things and continue to keep the article growing, the help would be fantastic though. Sportsfan5000 (talk) 02:18, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
Hi, I saw your comment. Maybe originally when you looked at it there were not enough citations or vaild references. I will keep working on it though and I requested an editor to move it back into my userspace so that I can keep working on it to get it to where it needs to be. I need to find some more people to help me with it, when I do searches and research I find many many sites validating information etc so I guess I just need to to make sure all the correct places are cited, whether that be on websites, in books etc If there is any chance that you can help me to continue editing it or have any suggestions on people that could help me like I said before that would be tremendous. After doing my research I can see that the subject is definitely notable and fits the guidlines to be on wikipedia, from a lack of knowledge of actually using wikipedia to edit though I just need to learn how to make it all viable so it works for everyone. Any and all help would truly be appreciated and like I said, I can continue to work on it in my userspace if that is best. I just need to find the right people to help who know about the editing, who know about pro wrestlers and the wrestling industry in general. Sportsfan5000 (talk) 02:43, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
