This page is not unambiguously promotional, because all of the statements are cited as fact and verified by third party news sources and government websites. I have no connection to the subject other than I follow him on Twitter and read an investment letter of his leaked online.

It doesn't matter how many references there are (and some of the references on this article are highly questionable) but if the article is promotional in tone, especially when there is questionable notability involved, it will be deleted if it cannot be fixed. Doesn't look media shy to me given the spammy links that you have posted, and his presence on things like Twitter. It looks to me like he is very good at self-promotion. Which references are "highly questionable"? Which links are "spammy"? One is a government website the others are programs and minutes from conferences the subject spoke at. Most notable people under the age of 40 are on Twitter as a form of dialog not promotion. I removed one that was simply a link to a get-rich-quick- scheme. The World of Trade one lists him as an afterthought in a description of two others who are the main speakers - hardly "a keynote guest speaker and panelist". The NFA one is his listing. That doesn't support notability. The first one is his father's obituary. Again, doesn't show notability. That leaves the Timothy Sykes link which is pretty spammy but does show that he spoke at an event. One speaking engagement does not equal notability. There are several other media links I am adding however I keep having to respond to messages on this talk page. The program to be linked lists him as the main speaker above two others actually.
