Information icon Hello, SwensonJ, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as Memworking (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. DrKay (talk) 21:16, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello DrKay, thank you for raising this concern with me. I can assure you that this is my sole account and I have not been working with others outside the site for editing or otherwise. I do, however, edit Wikipedia on this account from multiple devices, including a mobile phone and laptop. I don't know how Wikipedia's editing patters are established but perhaps said devices are the cause for the indication that I am running multiple accounts. Thanks again. DrKay, I can confirm that I have not coordinated with this user.Memworking

Alexander Hamilton portrait

[edit]

Hi! I saw that you reverted my edit on Alexander Hamilton in which I changed Hamilton's portrait. I do have my own reasons and would like to consult you (on why you changed back the image, of course) to avoid an edit war. Luxtay the IInd (talketh to me) 16:30, 23 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there! I simply reverted the edit because I wasn’t sure if it was done for genuine reasons or just as a one-time edit and also didn’t know if any consensus had been reached on the page. I personally prefer the old photo but as you reached out to me I can see that you have your own reasons. This issue isn’t a big point for me so I respect your edit and don’t feel the need to revert it again. I’m sure this could be discussed with more active editors of the page on the talk page. ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:48, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Criticism of The Da Vinci Code, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Council of Nicaea. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:02, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
