Hello Brianda, I have a image that is copyright owned by Melanie H Okoro. When I try to upload it, I am not getting options to added her as the owner of the image. Can you please assist?

Hi @SydtheSloth22, I checked out your sandbox and saw that you will be improving an existing article. Remember that for any text you add to the article, it has to be supported with an inline citation to a reliable source. A reliable source is independent from the topic, and has a reputation for fact checking. They could be pieces from a reputable newspaper publication or from academic journals.
