November 2017[edit]

There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Yunshui  15:45, 29 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please delete account entirely[edit]

@Yunshui: - My apologies. It has been a 8 years since we used this account to edit and were allowed to do so then. I am not asking to be reinstated. After reviewing the information on editing, it appears we should not be using a general account. It would be fine to delete this account entirely. However, if you would be so kind as to let us know how edits can get made to an organization's page to ensure it is correct? I understand we cannot make the edits as that is seen as promotion. There are items on the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Touro_University_Nevada page that are not correct which is what I was trying to fix. The accreditation information on the programs we offer needs to be very specific. You can find a list of our accreditation information on our website (https://tun.touro.edu/about-touro/accreditation/) so you can verify with each individual accreditation sites that the information I provided is correct. The Physician Assistant Program was moved to the College of Health and Human Services so it is in the wrong location. The Doctor of Occupational Therapy is a new degree. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing - generic option -- this program has been discontinued. In the Center for Autism, we do not offer diagnostic services currently. The active Aging center is open. The Health Center expanded already. Mobile Health clinics are brand new services. The Physical therapy clinic is not operating and hasn't since 2010. We are not the academic sponsor for Valley Hospital -- we are a partner with them and the information on their residencies is outdated. I invite you or any other Wikipedia editor to update the Touro University Nevada page with correct, current information.
