Removal of “Punting yards leader” from Achievements section[edit]

NFL punters are not directly responsible for having opportunities to punt, and therefore punters are rewarded for playing on teams with mediocre and bad offenses. I suggest removing the title of Punting Yards Leader from the achievements section in favor of Punting Average Leader, as it is a better metric of a punter’s efficiency.

Obviously, it would need to have a threshold for minimum punts (let’s say 50 or so, obviously subject to change), but I think it would be a much better achievement that doesn’t rely on volume. Taco098541 (talk) 00:16, 31 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing hoaxes, such as User:Taco098541/sandbox, is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, Taco098541,

Why did you move a draft article to User:Taco? You shouldn't be creating pages in other editors' User space. Please use your own User space and do not do this again. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 06:48, 23 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
