Blocked for sockpuppetry

i swear it was just my friend that wanted help, I'm new to Wikipedia and I thought he was a Sogdian that got Persianized which is what tajiks are, But I understand I can't do that anymore and I just want another chance, I'll refrain from making edits like that and I'll discuss with others if there's a dispute instead of changing it, Look at my wiki articles I've made, I'm new and I didn't know, can I just get another chance, I just want to make battles for the Soviet afghan war, okay ?
