Failed AfC as not meeting GNG and still does not do so since it's the exact same article.

Apologies for the late reply, but CheckUser has shown that you are the same person as User:Maniyababaee. Therefore, if you would like to edit Wikipedia again, your best choice would be to follow the instructions at WP:SOCKBLOCK:
