Re:Fark

[edit]

Uh were you talking to me? My name isn't Ryan. Just in the interest of full disclosure, I used to be Knucklebreather on TF, I left on good terms. At any rate, let's discuss this on the article's talk page.

Are you Tarrant84 on Fark? I've seen you here and there on TF. Didn't know you also edited on Wikipedia.

In summary, "Hi there."

Regarding Fark.com

[edit]

Hello. I have been contacted by Haizum concerning an email he recieved from you. After reviewing the current situation over at the Fark.com article, I have decided to step in and try to remediate this situation. It appears you are trying to reach a compromise with Haizum, and I appreciate that. If there are any other sources I should be aware of besides the Fark.com talk page and the talk pages of the two involved parties, please let me know on my talk page. Thanks. --ZsinjTalk 17:25, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Addendum, I would like to know why you keep removing those three paragraphs of the aforementioned article. Apparantly, you have tried to remove this section several times. Please present on the article's talk page how any POV in this section can be removed so that the majority of the content can remain. Remember that NPOV is about preserving content while eliminating biased context.
Also, it appears that you have misunderstood Haizum. Haizum did not write your disputed section, D'Iberville claimed authorship of the majority of the Critisizm section. I know that Haizum does seem very vocal, and he has been adressed for his bahavior before. Indeed, he was not originally a part fo the edit war and I am currently trying to find out how he got there. Thanks.--ZsinjTalk 17:52, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • I invite you to read my talk page and Haizum's talk page concerning this matter. I've cleared up the misunderstanding he had and he has said that he will change his method of finding sources. I hope you can forgive this misunderstanding so that both of you can go back to constructively working on the encyclopedia. My talk page is always available for comment. --ZsinjTalk 18:23, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

More Farkbias

[edit]

I can't divulge my new Fark username for security reasons, but once again I've been targeted for moderator abuse. On an experimental basis I took up a libertarian position. I not once launched a personal attack, and I not once rose above the level of sarcasm or bitterness of the average Fark user. Despite the fact that I have not been blocked even for a minute, my account is currently being screwed with. My profile is a mockery, and I'm unable to change it, and my posts are converted into gibberish. Using the refresh button directs me to another thread. Since I have not been blocked/banned for any period of time, I must conclude that I have not violated any part of the FarQ and am being targeted merely for my opinions. --Haizum μολὼν λαβέ 20:14, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
