[edit]Tartarus - that is just a little boy who wants to have the last word ! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.130.205.196 (talk) 00:57, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
I know it's signed automatically so i'm not hoping for anything ! That's first. Secondly, your information is not correct. What you gonna do about it ! 96 mm, not 94 mm ! 64.2 metric tons, not 64 ! TOG II is the heaviest that British have, not A39. What you gonna do about it....., i can go on and on, and not just for this article. What you gonna say, wikipedian. You gonna say few more "please" and you gonna keep filling people's heads with incorrect garbage. 78.130.205.196 (talk) 01:15, 7 March 2009 (UTC)

For your outstanding contributions to the project, namely here. Well done and keep up the good work! Dreamafter (talk) 00:45, 14 March 2009 (UTC) |
Just for your edification, a quick glance at the military info box on the top right-hand side of the page clearly states the nationality of the unit in question. If you feel that isn't sufficient you can access all the USAF squadron through and make the appropriate changes. Respectfully, Ndunruh (talk) 16:33, 14 March 2009 (UTC)

Coordinator Elections
[edit]As a member running for Coordinator myself, it is great to see people getting involved in the WikiProject. It really shows that some of the members really care about the future of the WikiProject, Keep Up the Good Work! Have A Great Day! Lord R. T. Oliver The Olive Branch 00:42, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
P.S. It is also great to have someone else that has the same opinion as I do on the C-Class (we don't want it), and Hopefully we don't get it. In the end though one side will be forced to bow to the consensus of the WikiProject (hopefully that won't be us :) Have A Great Day! Lord R. T. Oliver The Olive Branch 00:44, 17 March 2009 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use Image:Hillier Gen.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Hillier Gen.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the media description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — neuro(talk)(review) 22:14, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

Canadian CDS
[edit]Hi there Tartarus, I have left some comments on Talk:List of Canadian Chiefs of Defence Staff. Basically, I am not sure whether there is a need for a stand-alone list. You might want to consider merging it into Chief of Defence Staff (Canada). Not sure, either way I have left some comments about the list if you want to take a look. Regards, Woody (talk) 18:25, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
Thank you
[edit]Milhist Coordinator elections | ||
I wish to thank you for your gracious support during my bid for a position as Coordinator of the Military history Wikiproject in the recent March 2009 elections. I was initially apprehensive to stand for election as I was unsure on how well I would be received, but I am pleasantly surprised and delighted to have been deemed worthy to represent my peers within the project. I assure and promise you, I will strive to do my upmost to justify your trust in myself with this esteemed position. Thank you, Abraham, B.S. (talk) 01:46, 29 March 2009 (UTC)
