Hi Trevor. Thanks for your note on the blue whale talk page.

You've probably noticed that a few of our articles on cetaceans are "semiprotected" from editing by new and unregistered users because they attract a lot of vandalism. I've asked an administrator to give you the access levels that established users have, and he has done so. Now you should be able to edit nearly all articles directly, provided you are logged in under this account. You should also be able to upload image files, such as photographs. I'll send you an email as well in case you don't log in to get this message.

We're very lucky to have experts such as yourself helping out here. I hope you feel welcome, and please let me know if you run into any difficulty or have questions.
