Welcome!

Hello, Telltruthtoday, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, like Victory forge, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for page creation, and may soon be deleted.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Proposed deletion of Victory forge

[edit]

The article Victory forge has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article verges on an attack page. It concentrates more on the questionable history of the academy than on the academy itself. WP:SOAP may come into play as well.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Victory Forge Military Academy appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe our core policies. Thank you. --Orlady (talk) 16:26, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you delete or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia, as you did to Victory Forge Military Academy, you will be blocked from editing. Orlady (talk) 13:14, 28 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Southeastern Military Academy, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.

If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Southeastern Military Academy, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. It is apparent that your only interest in Wikipedia is to promote/protect the interests of the entity called Victory Forge Military Academy and now doing business as Southeastern Military Academy. This is a conflict of interest. Instead of engaging in edit wars over the article pages, please discuss your concerns on the Victory Forge article's talk page. Note that personal knowledge is not a basis for a Wikipedia article, and that the existence of separate corporate registrations in Florida state files is not a basis for an article to state that these are different schools. Content disputes

[edit]

Please do not raise content disputes, with references to specific editors, in actual articles, as you did with this edit at Victory Forge Military Academy. Discussions about page content are to be carried out on the page's talk page (Talk:Victory Forge Military Academy in this case). If you and the disputing editors are unable to reach a consensus, you can seek help at WP:Dispute resolution. Do not carry out the argument in the article text itself. At its worst, this may be considered vandalism and might get you blocked. 13:51, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
